With OrthoPacks, patients receive a monthly supply of supplements tailored to their individual needs, delivered in personalized daily packs. This innovative approach not only improves patient adherence but also supports their overall well-being, ultimately leading to better health outcomes.
I primarily used Adobe XD and Figma to generate wireframes and interactive prototypes to outline features, navigation, and design. To enhance user experience, I used platforms like Useberry, Hubble and Maze, to conduct usability tests, prototype tests, preference tests, A/B tests, first click tests, card sorting tests and surveys. I used product management and planning tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Notion and Miro to define web features, create user stories, and prioritize the product backlog. I employed methodologies and frameworks like the Eisenhower Matrix, MoSCoW Method, RICE framework and Kano Model to optimize planning and decision-making. Additionally, I monitor website performance using analytics, heat maps and session recordings from HotJar, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to make improvements.
